DELIVERY
DAYS + TIMES
Our delivery days are Monday - Sunday.
Delivery times are Monday to Friday from 10am - 2pm and Saturday + Sunday from 8am - 12noon
If you like, you can make note of your preferred delivery time when placing your order.
While we always try our best the deliver at a time that suits you, however that is not always possible.
Please ensure someone is home to receive the order as we will only attempt delivery once, we recommend all platters + desserts should be refrigerated until ready to be eaten or consumed immediately upon delivery.
If nobody is home to accept delivery, we will attempt to call the recipient to advise of a safe place to leave at the premises and if safe to do so. We will not accept any responsibility if your order is left unattended.
If the order is undeliverable, the customer will be responsible for any re-delivery costs.
* Please note our Breakfast platters are delivered between 8am - 10am Saturday + Sunday and from 10am on other days
All other orders are delivered between 9am and 12noon. Unless otherwise has been arranged.
DELIVERY ZONES
We have four delivery zones that cover a huge amount of suburbs, so we are sure to deliver to your house, workplace or anywhere really!
Your delivery zone will automatically be calculated at checkout, so do not worry if you don't know which zone you are in. If the delivery address isn't in one of our delivery zones, it will automatically select pickup.
If your address is not in one of our zones, simply message us to see if we can deliver to you.

PICKUP
All grazing platters, grazing tables, and desserts can be collected directly from our kitchen in
Manor Lakes, Victoria.
Our pickup hours are:
Monday – Friday: 10:00am – 2:00pm
Saturday & Sunday: 8:00am – 2:00pm
If you have a preferred pickup time, please include this in the notes section when placing your order. We'll do our best to have your order prepared and ready for collection at your requested time.
Your pickup address and collection details will be provided once your order has been completed.
Please note that your requested pickup time may not always be available. If we are unable to accommodate your preferred time, we will contact you directly to arrange the closest available option.
