By placing your order, you are deemed to have understood,

consented & agreed to the following terms & conditions.

ALLERGY DISCLAIMER

All of our grazing platters, grazing tables, and desserts are prepared in a council-registered kitchen and made in accordance with the Australia New Zealand Food Standards Code.

While we do offer a range of allergen-friendly options, please note that we are not an allergen-free kitchen.

Our products are prepared in an environment where various allergens may be present, and therefore we cannot guarantee that our platters or desserts are completely free from allergens.

It is the customer's responsibility to inform us of any dietary requirements, allergies, or intolerances at the time of ordering, or as early as possible before your event. This allows us the opportunity to discuss your requirements and determine the best options available.

While we will always do our best to accommodate dietary needs, we reserve the right to decline or cancel an order if we believe we are unable to safely meet your requirements.

DIETARY REQUIREMENTS

All things party co currently offers:

Platters options include - Nut Free, Vegetarian, Vegan. Gluten Free, Dairy Free

Desserts options include - Nut Free + Lactose Free

Please get in touch if you have a query about

any specific dietary requirements and we can try to accommodate.

Please note that our platters + desserts are not prepared in an allergen free kitchen. If you, or anyone consuming our products have a severe allergy please be aware that we cannot guarantee our products are completely free of all traces of allergens.

CANCELLATIONS

In the unfortunate event that you need to cancel your order with us. Please contact us directly via email or text.

Please keep in mind that many hours go into our platters + desserts. From sourcing only freshest quality ingredients to making all of our products.

If you do wish to cancel your booking, we do require a minimum of two (2) weeks notice prior to pickup / delivery date for a full credit / refund.

If you wish to cancel your booking within the two (2) weeks prior to your pickup / delivery date, we may be able to give you a “partial” credit / refund. Pending if any supplies have been sourced.

- If you cancel your booking within five (5) days of pickup / delivery, no credit / refund will be given as it is to late notice.

BOOKING CHANGES

If you are currently booked in with us and wish to reschedule or downsize your booking, then we will happily take care of this for you with no fee occurring.

Providing two (2) weeks notice is given prior to pickup / delivery date.

If you do need to reschedule / downsize your booking within the two (2) week period, we can still do so. However, you may occur a fee, pending what supplies have been sourced.

QUALITY

At All Things Party Co., we take great pride in the quality of our products and are committed to using fresh, carefully selected ingredients to create grazing platters, grazing tables, and desserts that look amazing and taste delicious.

Every order is handcrafted and unique, which means colours, ingredients, seasonal produce, and presentation may vary slightly. We also understand that every celebration and customer request is different, and we will always do our best to accommodate your specific requirements.

If you have any concerns or are unhappy with your order, please contact us within 2 hours of pickup or delivery so we have the opportunity to discuss your feedback and work towards a resolution.

PRICING

All prices displayed are current at the time of viewing and are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right to update pricing, products, availability, and offerings as needed. Any confirmed orders will remain at the agreed price at the time of purchase.

PAYMENTS

We offer three (3) types of payments.

Online payment: We accept most credit/debit cards.

Afterpay: Love your order now and pay later with Afterpay.

Simply select Afterpay at checkout and follow the prompts to complete your purchase.

Offline payments: Bank Transfer.

You will receive a invoice with bank details once your order has been reviewed. Please note to secure your booking date, full payment must be made within 24 hours of receiving your invoice otherwise your booking date forfeited.

If you are not in a position to make the full payment within 24 hours, please contact us via email or text and we will happily see what we can do.

VARIATIONS FROM PHOTOS

We do our best to make sure our platters + desserts look like photos advertised. However, product(s) may not be an exact duplicate of the platters + desserts in photo(s).

All platters + desserts are subject to change ingredients / toppers without notice in the event that original items cannot be sourced and will be substituted with of equal value.

Please note, we pride ourselves in using only the freshest quality ingredients in all our Platters + Desserts. So some of our products can differ in photos due to availability, seasonal stock & customer requests.

CARE + HANDLING

To ensure your grazing platters and desserts arrive in the same beautiful condition they leave our kitchen, we recommend handling them with care during transport.

When collecting your order, please ensure all platters and desserts are placed on a flat, stable surface such as the floor of your vehicle or securely in the boot. They should not be placed on car seats, as uneven surfaces may cause your order to shift, slide, or become damaged.

Once your order has been collected or delivered, responsibility

for the safe handling and transport of your order transfers to the customer. All Things Party Co. cannot accept responsibility for any damage, accidents, or loss that occurs after the order has left our care.

If something unexpected happens and your order is damaged after collection, please contact us as soon as possible. Where possible, we will be happy to assist with fixing or improving the presentation of your order. Please note that additional fees may apply depending on the extent of the damage and the work required.

STORAGE + CONSUMPTION

All our platters + desserts are required to be refrigerated, until ready to be consumed.

We recommend all platters be consumed within four (4) hours of serving if coming straight out of the fridge. OR if serving immediately upon delivery please consume all food within three (3) hours.

Any food remaining after recommend time frame should be disposed of or eaten at own risk.

Our desserts can be out at room temperature for display, but for no longer than four (4) hours on cooler days or no more than one (1) hour on hot days.

Any remaining desserts can keep for up to three (3) days in the fridge, preferably in a airtight container.

PHOTOS + MARKETING

At All Things Party Co., we love sharing our creations and showcasing the beautiful platters, grazing tables, and desserts we create for our customers.

We reserve the right to photograph our products before, during, and after preparation or setup, and use these images for marketing, advertising, promotional purposes, and social media content.

Any photos taken will focus on our products and presentation.

We will always respect our customers' privacy and will seek permission before using any personal photos that include customers, guests, private details, or identifiable individuals.
